Cultural Center in Eastern Oregon celebrates 10th anniversary with opening of a Japanese garden

Traditional Japanese dances were performed by Toei Kai dancers as part of the ceremony. One of the dances is pictured below.

I could write a long, boring article about the scandals in politics these days. But I'm not going to do it this week. And maybe not even next week or the week after that. So, now aren't you glad you are here?! I know I am.
