hi Scott! happy monday! when were u here in the Philippines?
I recognize the mango's but what are the other fruit on that plate?
Hi! Thanks for all the great comments. I was in the Philippines a little over a year ago. I stayed in Makati most of the time.
When I would go to the supermarket, I could hardly believe the wide variety of fresh fruit, which included some of the sweetest mangoes I have ever eaten. Yes, I like green mango, too, with a little salt sprinkled on it.
Thanks for the question regarding the fruit shown in the photo.
Hopefully I will get these names right. Longans are the smaller of the two kinds of fruit, while the larger ones are called lanzones. This fruit breaks apart into sections, which can be sweet or somewhat tart.
Thanks, and take care!
Scott
Hi Scott, long time no see. Thanks for leaving comments in my blog. Sorry that it took me so long to reply. I'm very busy at work these days and I don't even have time to write about films in my blog.
By the way, when you left comments in my blog in June, I replied you in my blog. But I don't know whether you noticed that. If you don't, here's the link:http://www.blogger.com/comment.g?blogID=12836531&postID=115060345345240871
